Requisits (titulació, experiència, formació complementària…)

Will join the Targeted Cancer Proteomics laboratory at VHIO with the following responsibilities:

• Tissue mammalian culture techniques.
• Basic molecular cloning and recombinant protein expression in E.coli.
• Protein purification by column chromatography and analysis using PAGE, Western and ELISA techniques.
• Preparation and maintenance of common reagents of the lab.
• Tracking and ordering lab supplies.

Informació addicional

We are seeking for:

• Bachelor's or master's degree and prior and proven experience as a lab  technician.
• Good computer skills (Excel, Word processor, Internet research)
• Good level of English is required.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work well in a collaborative and interdisciplinary team environment.
