OBJECTIUS ESTRATÈGICS

  • Caracterització dels mecanismes adoptats per les cèl•lules tumorals per comunicar-se amb el seu microambient durant la oncogenia i el tractament farmacològic dirigit. Aquestes dades s’utilitzen posteriorment per al descobriment de biomarcadors i dianes farmacològiques.
  • Descobriment de dianes terapèutiques i de biomarcadors tumorals secretats basats en els sistemes de transducció de senyals, mitjançant mètodes proteòmics quantitatius.
  • Caracterització de la influència de la secreció no clàssica durant la oncogenia, especialment en la invasió tumoral i la metàstasi.
